Shipping / Delivery Policy

Welcome to MATHANGI. We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.

DISPATCH TIME

Orders will be packed and processed within 3-5 business days.
Pre-orders items will take 10 to 15 working days.
Please note that there will be no dispatch made from the studio on weekends or public holidays as our delivery partners do not make any pick-ups on those days. Orders will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping on orders above Rs.3000/-.
Standard Shipping Charges will be 80/- within Tamil Nadu.
We deliver to all locations and any postal address around India.
Our Delivery partner – DTDC, Professional Courier, ST Courier and Indiapost.
Please give us a complete address with the pincode, and a phone number the courier agent can reach. A landmark helps if your location is hard to find.
We choose the courier company based on the shipping location / pin code. If delivery is not available by private courier, we will send the parcel through India Post.
Delivery time of 2-3 working days within Tamilnadu & 3-6 working days for other states from the day of dispatch.
We cannot change the address once the parcel is been dispatched to the courier agent.
Any changes in order regarding the address of shipping or any particular date of product delivery are required to CONTACT +91 8124248180 before placing the order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking details.
We will send you a WhatsApp message regarding the tracking number and courier company details, as soon as the orders are handed over to the courier team.
A new tracking number can take up to 12 to 24 hours to become active on the courier website. So an empty tracking page on the first few hours is normal. It does not mean the parcel is lost. If there is still no update after 24 hours, message us and we will assist you.
Please keep your order number with you. It is the fastest way for us to find your parcel.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is 'Out of Stock' or any other issues, we will notify you by WhatsApp. In exceptional cases, we would offer to refund you for the order in case of our inability to resolve the order within a reasonable period of time.

Dispatch for international orders will take 5 TO 7 working days.
